Champagne tasting at the Edge
Would you like to join us on Wednesday 2 December at 6.30pm for a pre-Christmas tasting of a collection of 6 delicious sparkling wines and Methode Cap Classiques?
The bubbles will be from Bon Courage, Villiera, Robertson Winery , Kleine Zalze and Darling Cellars and will include one which just received a 5 star rating in the Platter Guide.
Time to stock up for the Festive Season and perhaps some Xmas gift shopping!!
- Mains: Poached hake fillet with a white wine and cream reduction and parsley crumbs served with a smoked salmon and spinach rotolo, roasted baby marrow and tomato.
- Dessert: Combo of strawberry and rhubarb compote, vanilla smores, strawberry sorbet and meringue.
R180 per person includes the tasting and the meal.
