The Tasting Room
The Tasting Room is the newest addition to our Village “discerning” beverage tasting venues. Stu has been designing his own locally brewed beers for some time now, which has been available in some of the pubs in Hogsback and quickly became the beer of choice for local and visitors alike. It was therefore advantageous that The Hogsback Brewing Company (HBC) came to be.
HBC uses the finest ingredients & mountain spring water to hand craft small batches of hop forward, delicious, quaffable ales. A visit to the Tasting Room, on Corner Main & Wolfridge road, is therefore a must when you #VisitHogsback! This lovely new venue not only serves Stu’s craft beers, you can also enjoy light meals and gin cocktails. They also stock gifts & merchandise, ideal for Christmas surprises or end of year gifts.
The latest addition to their services is a picnic bar where you can create your own picnic basket with delicious locally made food.
You can sit under the trees, admire the Three Hogs view and take in the laid back ambiance while sipping your favourite beverage.
They also have specials (like pulled pork buns) from time to time, so keep your eyes open for that!
Stu and Gemma are wonderful hosts and have been resident in Hogsback for quite a long time. If you need to know what is what, they will be able to assist you with stories and tips. All in all this is a must do stop in Hogsback!!
