Margot Ellis, brand manager of Neil Ellis wines, will be coming up from Stellenbosch to conduct the tasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">   <br>Menu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Slow cooked Greek-style mutton&nbsp;with a rosemary and a lemon sauce served with spinach spanakopita and roasted Mediterranean vegetables,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vegetable moussaka served with spinach spanakopita and roasted Mediterranean vegetables and with hummus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessert<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baked orange and cinnamon\u00a0pudding served with yoghurt, honey and roasted pecan nuts.<br>     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cost<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>R200 per head includes a welcome glass of sangria, the tasting of 6 wines and the two course dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please reserve your seat <a href=\"info@theedge-hogsback.co.za\">(info@theedge-hogsback.co.za<\/a>) and please let us know if you would like the\u00a0meat or vegetarian option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only 30 seats available, so book early!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will be starting at 6pm so that we can be done by 9pm when we have to close the restaurant. Dress warmly as we will have open windows for good ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to seeing you.
