Time to start planning your visit to enjoy the magical show of gardens at the Hogsback Open Gardens 2022!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visit the picturesque village of Hogsback in the Eastern Cape to witness the spectacular Spring show of flowers and enjoy all that our quaint mountain village has to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Show Gardens will be open for 4 consecutive weekends from:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

20th October to the 13th of November 2022, Thursdays to Sundays only.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For R120 per person (children under 16 go free) you will have access to 11 gorgeous gardens for your entire stay, as well as the opportunity to buy wonderful plants including roses, azaleas, special perennials from our gardens and other bargain buys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our first and last weekends we promote as \u201cspecial weekends\u201d which hopefully coincide with the peak of our flowering flushes! On these weekends we have a few more activities planned in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. “Azalea Splendour” 21st<\/sup>-23rd<\/sup> Oct – for our very special Azalea flush, so unique to the Hogsback Area<\/strong><\/li>
  2. “Rose’s & Rhodi’s” 11th-13th Nov – For Roses, Rhododendrons, later flowering Azaleas and all the other blooms which start to come alive in our gardens<\/strong>  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    On these special weekends you can expect local markets, a night food market, wine tastings and more; all happening in and around Hogsback as well as at our Spring Celebration Hub – the Edge Mountain Retreat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There is so much to see and do in Hogsback that a visit over any of the 4 Open Garden weekends will be well worth your while. Magnificent walks, waterfalls, forests, loads of activities and beautiful spots to stay in are just a few reasons to book your trip now. Hogsback offers so much more than beautiful gardens, so a fantastic fun filled getaway awaits you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
