We are known as a small but very enthusiastic volunteer group who tries to make sure that every parkrun is special. There is also great support from the usual four-legged dog brigade who support their humans and as well as the visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You more or less run in a figure 8 with a few fantastic uphill paths<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How much does it cost?&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Nothing! But please&nbsp;<strong><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.parkrun.co.za\/register\">register<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;before your first run. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don&#8217;t forget to bring a&nbsp;<strong>printed<\/strong>&nbsp;copy of your barcode (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.parkrun.com\/barcodereminder\/\">request a reminder<\/a>). If you forget it,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/support.parkrun.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/200566883-Do-I-have-to-have-a-barcode-\">you won&#8217;t get an official time<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How fast do I have to be?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!
