Hogsback Mushroom Festival & Symposium
CELEBRATING DIVERSITY
In a world too often divided by fear and conflict, the 2026 Hogsback Mushroom Festival & Symposium is a powerful tribute to diversity as the lifeblood of resilience, beauty, and innovation. Fungi provide a perfect example: millions of species with distinct roles living together in harmony. From decomposers enriching soil, to symbiotic partners nourishing plants, to medicinal wonders with untapped healing potential.
This event invites you to explore and celebrate the extraordinary diversity of fungi. Ecologically, culturally, and scientifically, and to understand how protecting and nurturing this diversity is vital to the future of our planet and ourselves.
