Wine tasting at the Edge

Hi Folks

Please join us for our first wine tasting of 2022. Wednesday 16 February @ 6.30pm at The Edge.

We will be tasting 6 wines, 4 from a new range called HER, which is a majority black-owned wine company, that is also 30% owned by women, and forms a part of the Bosman Adana Wine Group situated in Wellington. And just for fun, we’ll also be blind tasting 2 wines from a popular Stellenbosch winery to test our wine knowledge!

Dinner after the tasting will be:

Mains

Chicken stack with roasted tomato and basil pesto served with potato wedges and vegetables.

Or the vegetarian option, – Potato tower served with roasted tomato and basil pesto and vegetables.

Dessert

Homemade blueberry tart served with lemon curd and vanilla ice cream with a raspberry couli.

R200 per person.
