Wine tasting @theEdge

Greetings to all you wine lovers.

Please join us in the Vula Vista Venue at The Edge on Wednesday 25 August at 6pm for a tasting of 6 superb Neil Ellis wines. Margot Ellis, brand manager of Neil Ellis wines, will be coming up from Stellenbosch to conduct the tasting.

Menu

Slow cooked Greek-style mutton with a rosemary and a lemon sauce served with spinach spanakopita and roasted Mediterranean vegetables,

or

Vegetable moussaka served with spinach spanakopita and roasted Mediterranean vegetables and with hummus.

Dessert

Baked orange and cinnamon pudding served with yoghurt, honey and roasted pecan nuts.

Cost

R200 per head includes a welcome glass of sangria, the tasting of 6 wines and the two course dinner.

Only 30 seats available, so book early!

We will be starting at 6pm so that we can be done by 9pm when we have to close the restaurant. Dress warmly as we will have open windows for good ventilation.
