Wine Tasting
Wine maker from Stellenzicht Wine Estate in Stellenbosch, I’ré Hughes, for a tasting of her wines, and for a dinner afterwards.
R250 per person includes welcome drink, two course dinner and the guided tasting of 6 Stellenzicht wines.
Mains: Chicken stuffed with smoked venison and herbs, a tomato tart, and pesto marinated courgettes, served with a sauvignon blanc cream.
Or
(V) Potato skins stuffed with mushrooms and herbs, a tomato tart, and pesto marinated courgettes, served with a sauvignon blanc cream.
Dessert: Malva pudding with homemade vanilla ice cream, salted caramel and apricots poached in white muscadel.
