YOGA with Claudia
Sessions are based on the principles of the Chakra Yoga System which are various methods of uniting and harmonising the body-mind with its intrinsic nature of wellbeing, these include: Movement, Breath work, Meditation, Mantra, Self Reflection, Deep Relaxation & Sound Therapy.
About Claudia
Yoga has played a huge part in my reconnection to the divine nature within myself, others & life around me. I aim to bring my students to the self realisation of that truth. To bring a deep sense of conscious awareness of that Self and a lasting remembrance of the sanctuary of peace we can always retreat to within.
