Tucked away at the end of Trewennan Lane, yet conveniently close to many of Hogsback’s walks, trails, shops and restaurants is REDWOOD Manor and Chalet.
Redwood Manor is a lovely house in the secluded area of Hogsback. Embrace natures beauty with flowering shrubs, trees and glorious snow in winter.
This charming property consists of two dwellings, Redwood Manor House, which sleeps 2 to 6 people and Redwood Chalet which can sleep up to five people.
Redwood Manor House
Sleeps up to six people
Old world charm with a central lounge and dining area, on either side, in two wings of the house are two en-suite bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed and single and the other bedroom has a double bed. There is an additional single bed in the same close to this bedroom. The house offers a third bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, indoor fire-place and braai area on lovely, spacious veranda with a view of Hogsback’s three hogs.
Redwood Chalet 
Sleeps a family of five
This little mountain Chalet has an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with an indoor fire-place. Leading off from here is the main bedroom consisting of a double bed and a single bed. There is a downstairs bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a toilet in the upstairs loft which consists of two single beds. The Chalet also offers an outdoor braai area.
General
- Wood for both dwellings may be pre-ordered a R50/load (two crates).
- Water from the taps is drinkable, but would suggest brining ones own drinking water if sensitive to untreated water.
- Check in time is from 3pm and check out is at 11am. **
Deposits:
Please note that a 50% deposit is required within 24hours of requesting a booking. This will then secure the booking.
Any alterations on the booking or change of dates, should be requested 72 hours prior to check-in.
The 50 % balance on accommodation is due, 24hours prior to occupancy.
In the event of a cancellation or a no show, a cancellation fee, relative to the individual circumstance, is payable of up to the whole 50% deposit amount, depending on the circumstance.
Rates:
Out of Season:
- Main House: R1,000/night, for up to 4 people, thereafter R200/person.
- Chalet: R550/night, for first two people, thereafter R175/person.
In Season:
- Main House: R1,400/night, for up to 4 people, thereafter R250/person.
- Chalet: R850/night, for first two people, thereafter R225/person.
