Over last weekend we welcomed over 50 @hogsbackEnduro Mountain Bike enthusiasts to Hogsback.
The rain held out on the Saturday but the Sunday was a bit more…wet as can be seen by this slippery ride! Not that it in any way slowed them down. The trails were pretty steep and tight with a number of rocks, roots, fast chutes, and sketchy bridges to negotiate in the wet and muddy conditions which ensured a few hair raising moments!! (Frosted_braap)
In the first place was Sharja Johnson who beat Keira Duncan by a mere 0,4 seconds! Third place was owned by Dan Dobinson. Well done to all the awesome HogsbackEnduro bravehearts!
We are hoping that this race will be an annual event and we thank all the sponsors (see Instagram post links above. The riders agreed that this exciting HogsbackEnduro race was a cut above the rest (of course :-)).
