Our Hogsback parkrun takes place every Saturday morning at 8 am sharp(ish), come rain or shine or snow! The run takes place on the bluff with beautiful views and the starting point is by the Edge parking lot.
It is run by a divine group of faithful volunteers driven by Vannessa and Ian. We are known as a small but very enthusiastic volunteer group who tries to make sure that every parkrun is special. There is also great support from the usual four-legged dog brigade who support their humans and as well as the visitors.
You more or less run in a figure 8 with a few fantastic uphill paths
How much does it cost?
Nothing! But please register before your first run. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don’t forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won’t get an official time.
How fast do I have to be?
We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace! There will always be a tail runner who makes sure that everybody gets to the end.
