What is happening in Hogsback over Easter?

For those who want to know what is all happening in hogsback over this Easter weekend, here are a few teasers:

Hogsback Adventures is proud to introduce the addition of the RedClay Cafe at the Woodlands Centre. Come and see our work in progress and enjoy a Barista coffee or order delectable tit-bits from our fusion menu filled with various pancakes, soups and a curry of the day. For those with a sweet palate; enjoy real fruit milkshakes and a choice of delicious cakes.

Hogsback Parkrun

Hogsback parkrun will be reopening at The Edge on 16th April 2022 and will take place every Saturday at 8h00 thereafter.

Anyone who is able to complete the 5km course is welcome to take part, whether a seasoned athlete or walker.

If you have not previously registered for parkrun, please do so at https://www.parkrun.co.za/register/. Unregistered participants and those without their barcodes are still welcome to take part, however they will show as ‘unknown’ in the results.

Should you wish to volunteer at Hogsback parkrun, please contact Mark Hayne via WhatsApp or Telegram 081 300 3251.

Looking forward to seeing you.

Coming up in HOGSBACK this weekend are 2 local craft markets, Under the Oaks Market at The Edge Mountain Retreat on Saturday 16 April 9am – 12pm and Cannacopia on Sunday 17 April 9am – 12ish. See you all there😁

Because of the bad weather and Natalie’s poor health, we will not have an Easter Hat Parade, but we encourage the participants at the Easter Egg hunt to try their hands at designing autumn Easter bonnets, for more eggs and perhaps even the odd bottle of wine – also planned for the Sunday pop-up market.
